To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all participants, we ask that you review and agree to the following code of conduct on behalf of your child.
Please read the guidelines carefully and sign at the bottom to indicate your understanding and agreement.
1. Respect and Inclusion
- Treat all fellow campers, staff, and visitors kindly and respectfully.
- No bullying, harassment, or discrimination will be tolerated.
2. Safety and Well-Being
- Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by camp staff.
- Report any unsafe conditions or behaviors to a staff member immediately.
3. Participation and Behavior
- Attend and participate in all scheduled activities and classes.
- Arrive on time and be prepared for all sessions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate with peers and staff.
4. Property and Facilities
- Respect camp property, facilities, and equipment.
- Keep personal and shared spaces clean and tidy.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues to the camp staff.
Note: Any damage to rooms or property at MTSU will be the financial responsibility of the parents to pay for said damage.
5. Technology Use
- Use electronic devices responsibly and in accordance with camp guidelines.
- No unauthorized recording or sharing of photos/videos of other campers or staff.
6. Curfew and Lights Out
- Adhere to the camp curfew and lights-out policy.
- Remain in assigned housing areas during designated times.
Disciplinary Actions
Students who break the rules or fail to adhere to the code of conduct will be sent home at the parent's expense.
This includes but is not limited to, any behavior that compromises other campers' safety, well-being, or positive experience.
